You can show and sell your images online with our e-commerce site Sports-Pictures.us. When you send us an order we pre-load your images into our Sports-Pictures.us software so that your images are ready to show.

When your customer places an order it is automatically sent to the lab where we will accept their credit/debit card, print the pictures and ship the order directly to them. What could be easier?
At the end of the month you receive a statement showing each sale made through Sports-Pictures.us. The statement will arrive with a check for the amount due you.

What Does It Cost?
The only cost other than normal lab charges are:
- Credit card processing of 3.1% of the sale amount
- Sports-pictures.us fee of $3.75 per order
Shown below is an example of an online sale and the charges. The software allows you to charge your customer a shipping charge, which becomes part of the sale and is included in the amount due you. The amount charged for shipping/handling is determined by you.
The amount you receive is the Net Sale Amount as shown, less the normal lab charges for that order including the small order fee if applicable.

What do you need to do?
- Contact Sports America customer service to set up a Sports-Pictures.us account.
- Use our free software to edit the images we have pre-loaded for you and then enter your prices.
- Your customers will find their images using a link on your website or if you don’t have a website, they can go to www.Sports-Pictures.us and use the search feature.
- As they view the images they can place orders using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
- The lab will email you when an order is received with the details of the order.
- Sports America will print the order and ship it directly to your customer.
- At the end of the month, you will receive your Sports-Pictures.us account statement showing the activity for the month along with a check for the amount due you.
You can use the following images with Sports-Pictures.us software:
- Images being stored at the lab.
- Images that you have been submitted to the lab can be loaded directly into the Sports-Pictures.us software and put online for a charge of 8˘ per image.
Creating a Hot-link to Sports-Pictures.us
We recommend that you have your customer’s access Sports-Pictures.us using a link from your website. This will be the most convenient way to get to your images and it will seem as if the images are on your website.
