Payment Methods
You can charge your orders to your credit or debit card, or we can send them C.O.D. If your credit or debit card is declined, your order will be sent C.O.D. Orders sent C.O.D. will have an $8.50 fee added to each invoice.
Shipping
Shipments to the lab
We provide postage paid mailing envelopes for orders going to the lab. You can order these on our website or from customer service. If you prefer to ship your orders by FedEx or DHL, we will supply you with pre-printed shipping labels so you can take advantage of our low shipping rates. For information call customer service.
Shipments from the lab
We will ship your orders to you at no charge if we choose the shipping method. We will use U.S. Mail or FedEx depending on the weight, size and destination.
You may select the carrier and service level if you wish. If you choose the carrier or service level you will be charged for the additional costs.
Small Order Fee
Orders that are less than $35.00 will be charged a Small Order Fee of $3.25 per invoice.
Drop Shipping is Available for All Orders
When you place an original order or a re-order you can have it drop-shipped to your customer for an additional $1.25. This saves you the time of re-packing; the cost of re-shipping and your order will get to your customer faster.
To drop-ship an original order, simply fill out the drop-ship information on the Work Order screen in EZ Digital and press the button to confirm your drop-ship request. A pop-up will appear confirming the name of the person to whom the order is being shipped. Click "OK".
To drop-ship a reorder, simply click the "Drop-Ship Address" button on the Order Reference page to expand the address form. Fill in the information and proceed through the ordering process. Your drop-ship address will be confirmed on the Order Submittal page.
Shipping Insurance
UPS and FedEx all consider film and negatives to be original artwork and as such, their liability is limited to $100 even if you declare and pay for a higher value. Since the intangible value of your film and negatives cannot be insured, you would be wasting your money to declare a value greater than $100.
Rights To Reproduce
The person submitting any negative, digital file, film or other material to SPORTS AMERICATM, guarantees ownership and/or rights to have the images, logo or other visual symbols reproduced.
Ownership of Graphic Designs
All preparation, design and layout is the property of and is copyrighted by SPORTS AMERICATM and remains the sole property of SPORTS AMERICATM. Fees charged are for special handling and do not transfer any rights of ownership.
Limitation of Liability
The safeguarding of all property and materials while in our possession is always a top priority of SPORTS AMERICATM. Should film or negatives given to us for processing be lost or damaged, we will be responsible only for the replacement value of the quantity and size of unexposed film.
Should digital files be lost, damaged or in any way become unusable while they are in our possession, we will do the following if you supply us with the original film or a copy of the original digital file:
If the images are available on film that was originally processed by us, we will rescan the images and place them on our server so that you may place reorders from them.
SPORTS AMERICATM does not assume liability for materials such as prints, artwork, color guides, CDs or other storage media, or any other materials which are submitted to SPORTS AMERICATM, whether due to fire damage, theft, negligence, loss, or any other means. SPORTS AMERICATM shall not be liable for any other damages and, in no event, shall it be liable for any consequential damages hereunder. Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
